It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Adrienne at PERFECT BODY in Bayshore, New York. I am a mom- the greatest job in the world, right? However, with motherhood came stretch marks, loose skin and changes to my body that really caused my self-esteem to plummet. Not wanting to have to go "under" for surgery, I began searching for other options.

About two years ago, after spotting an ad in the newspaper, I set up a consultation appointment with Adrienne at Perfect Body. As a mother herself, Adrienne could not have been more compassionate, understanding and empathetic toward me. Her professionalism and knowledge shone through from the start. She assured me that we would work together to discuss treatment options, a schedule of treatments that would meet the needs of my busy "mom" schedule as well as which payment options would work best.

After taking photos and spending a good deal of time talking to me, Adrienne and I decided what treatment I would begin with, as well as a start date. From then on, I had a variety of treatments from stretch mark removal to skin tightening and more. Each and every time I came in for a treatment, the staff members welcomed me in a friendly manner and treated me with utmost courtesy. The facility itself is one of warmth; clean, beautiful and welcoming. A staff member would always call with a  reminder of my appointments, and be more than flexible when/if I had to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

After each series of a specific treatment, I would come in for photos and another consult. Once again, Adrienne (as well as Jemima), would assist me in assessing my "progress" and deciding on my next 'path' to take- always with the greatest amount of tact, professionalism and responsiveness. I cannot compliment Adrienne and Jemima enough for their patience and expertise.

As of today, I am still visiting Perfect Body Laser for treatments and cannot stress enough that the facility along with the staff is phenomenal. When I speak to Adrienne, even today, she is so accommodating and understanding. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and together, we work accordingly to assess and revise the upcoming sessions. I would highly recommend the facility, especially after working with Adrienne, to anyone looking for treatments to better their appearance, and in turn, their self-esteem.
